Improving Procurement Activities
Our consultants were brought in to faciltate the integration activities of the OMV/
Petrom merger. The primary focus was to get control of the budget in the areas of
procurement for exploration and production, refinery and marketing. Secondarily, we
developed a restructuring program for the new organization.
